About the role;

As a Dynamics NAV/BC Support Consultant you will providing support to customers and internal colleagues for a range of Microsoft D365 NAV/BC products including third-party add-ons. You will be expected to manage a ticketing system and call queue, understanding the customer issue and carrying that through to resolution within the SLA (service level agreement) timescales.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
 
  • Responding to and resolving NAV/BC support queries via telephone, email and remote access, ensuring service level agreements (SLA’s) are met
  • Problem analysis and data investigation
  • Attending handover meetings with the Project teams to assist with a smooth transition to support
  • Promoting continuous improvement and best practice within the department helping TSG increase the number of recommendations for new business
 
Knowledge, Skills & Experience;                       
 
  • MB-800 certified would be a distinct advantage
  • Experience and knowledge of supporting with NAV / Business Central is essential
  • Experience of Spindle, Jet Reports, Continia Document Capture and Expenses, Dime Scheduler or/and Zetadocs
  • Strong customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner
  • Experience with remote access tools and associated technologies is essential
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL server and maintenance plans
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
