About the role;
 
As a Logistics Coordinator your role is to ensure the safe storage and transport of stock and other assets belonging to both TSG and our customers.
 
To be successful in this role you will be a strong relationship builder, who feels comfortable working closely with various teams across TSG. You will regularly interact with Order Processing, Technical Delivery and Support to ensure a seamless delivery for the customer.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
  • Responsibility for managing goods in and out
  • Warehouse maintenance and stock management, including storage, security and verification
  • Liaising with other teams across TSG and customers directly to facilitate the supply and movement of stock and equipment, as well as ensuring required level of service is maintained
  • Maintaining stock control processes including annual, quarterly or rolling stock takes
  • Returns handling and processing
  • Stockroom maintenance, including efficient, practical layout, tidiness and health and safety considerations
 
Knowledge, Skills & Experience;        
  • Good general education with a minimum of GCSE Grade C in Maths and English
  • Computer literate including a good understanding of using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Previous demonstrable experience in a stock management role would be preferred
  • Good organisation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Good team player
