About the role;
 
As a Microsoft Solutions Support & Delivery Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support and consultancy services to customers across Microsoft technologies.
 
This is a dual-focused role where you will provide technical support alongside project delivery, working with solutions such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams and Co Pilot. You’ll support customers with issue resolution while also contributing to the design and implementation of tailored solutions across the full project lifecycle.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
 
  • Delivering a world-class support experience, meeting SLAs and customer expectations
  • Managing and resolving support queries via phone, email, and remote access
  • Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues across Microsoft solutions
  • Acting as an escalation point for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM queries
  • Managing multiple support cases and prioritising effectively
  • Collaborating with customers to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Supporting and delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects
  • Contributing to the full project lifecycle, from design through to delivery
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Keeping up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies and updates
 
Knowledge, Skills & Experience;         
              
  • Proven experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or SharePoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience with SharePoint Online or on-premise
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate these into technical solutions
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • High attention to detail and a structured approach to work
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a positive approach to change
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic and committed to continuous learning and improvement
