About the role;

As a Partner Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with our key vendor partners and elite strategic partners. You will work closely with the partnerships team, supported by the wider marketing function, to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through our partner ecosystem. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of partner dynamics and marketing tactics.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
  • Work with the Partnerships team to onboard and manage strategic partners in alignment with our business objectives.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing plans and campaigns, utilising MDF (Marketing Development Funds) and other partner incentives.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure partner marketing activities align with the overall marketing strategy and objectives of the company.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, content, and assets tailored to specific partner audiences.
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
  • Work closely with the partnership sales team to drive lead generation efforts through partners.
  • Provide partners with the appropriate sales and marketing collateral.
  • Track and report on the performance of partner marketing initiatives.
  • Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and optimise marketing strategies.
  • Ensure partners adhere to brand guidelines and compliance requirements in all marketing activities.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience;                       
  • Educated to degree level, or CIM Level 4 or above qualified
  • Sound knowledge of the SME marketplace
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
  • Must be able to work autonomously
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in delivering B2B marketing campaigns   
  • Experience working in a partner executive role, is ideal
  • Proven track record of managing key relationships in B2B
  • Measuring campaign success
  • A background in the technology sector is desirable
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and proactively seeks opportunities where TSG can build on return
