Job Purpose & Responsibilities;
As the Practice Manager of Cloud Services within TSG, you will create, shape and lead our offering whilst aiming to become a true market leader across the UK. To be successful in this role you must have exceptional skills across a broad spread of cloud technologies as well as strong business and commercial acumen. You will be engaging with customers in pre and post-sales discussions, as well as deploying and supporting solutions within the cloud, Azure and the M365 technology stack. You must have the ability to communicate well with a variety of role levels within any organisation, as well as being a true leader who has the ability to drive our Cloud Services Practice forward.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
  • Develop our cloud capabilities from pre-sales, through to build, delivery, support, and ongoing monitoring of the solutions
  • Develop our Azure solutions product offerings
  • Design and implement our Azure / M365 deployment and support models, with a focus on platform and automation
  • Form a concise strategy, communicate and execute your plans in a timely manner
  • Identify success and failure early to maximise opportunities and take correction action as required
  • See through the customers eyes, be passionate about their experience
  • Ensure commercial fair value on all services
  • Define and design architectures, liaise with delivery and support teams on technical detail, oversee builds and ensure alignment with architecture and design guidelines
  • Updating and maintain best practice guides
  • Write documentation to the highest standard
  • Monitor and improve quality in Azure and M365 solutions delivered to our customers
  • Provide technical mentoring to the delivery and support teams to develop highly skilled people
  • Be the Technical Design Authority for Azure and M365 Solutions and maintain design guidelines
Knowledge, Skills & Experience;
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent industry specific experience
  • Microsoft Azure and M365 certifications
  • Full driving license
  • At least 3 years in working with Microsoft Azure and M365 Solutions with demonstrable success
  • Exceptional communications skills and strong interpersonal skills, solutions orientated mindset
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Highly motivated with strong decision making skills
  • Excellent organisations skills
  • Excellent knowledge in the design, deployment, and support of cloud-based technologies
  • Proven cloud architecture experience of evaluating medium to large corporate environments and providing recommendations to the client, whilst have the skills to implement the requested changes
