About the role;

As a Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Consultant you will use Power Platform to contribute to the success of TSG and our customers. As well as implementing systems, your role will require you to understand our customers’ businesses and drive meaningful impact by leveraging innovative technology to develop effective solutions across the value chain. You will cover all aspects of Consultancy for our external customers, from requirements gathering to solution design, implementation and training.
 
As a Senior consultant you are expected to have expert knowledge across all platforms and you will be required to continuously expand your knowledge, whilst mentoring junior colleagues. The role will require you to be commercially aware and understand the impact of your actions on TSG and on our clients. A Microsoft Partner background for this role is essential and national travel will also be required, therefore you must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
 
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients whilst mentoring junior consultants and developers on Dynamics CRM and Power Platform
  • Lead and deliver complex projects
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions
  • Prepare and deliver training, documentation, and presentations
  • Provide presales support by articulating products and solutions and working with the sales teams to demonstrate and design appropriate solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and best practices in Dynamics CRM and Power Platform
  • Collaborate with consultants, developers, architects, and project managers to ensure quality and timely delivery of solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

 
Knowledge, Skills & Experience;        
 
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent industry specific experience with relevant Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform certifications
  • Expert understanding Dynamics CE modules; Sales, Customer Services, Field Service and Copilot with technically proficient in at least two
  • Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other related technologies
  • Expert in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Azure services.
  • Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform with other systems and applications using REST APIs, OData, SOAP, and other methods
  • Experience in using various tools and frameworks such as Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, XRMToolBox, and Power Platform Centre of Excellence
  • Exceptional communications skills and strong people skills
  • A solution orientated mindset with good influencing skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Team focussed but able to self-start and motivate
  • Expert knowledge of projects and product life cycle
