About the role;

This is a role for an individual with deep technical skills across a broad spread of cloud and on premises technologies. As a Senior Solutions Architect you must have good business and commercial acumen as well as the ability to engage well at all levels of an organisation.  This role will work across the Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Office 365 productivity stacks as well as those from key third-party vendors to play a key role in deploying innovative solutions.  The Solution Architect will define and design architectures, liaise with delivery teams on technical detail, oversee builds and ensure alignment with architecture and design guidelines.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
  • Gather and analyse business requirements
  • Produce and recommend appropriate Solution Architecture and designs
  • Write documentation to high standard
  • Lead the delivery, define plans and manage the detailed design
  • Monitor and improve quality in Dynamics solutions delivered to our customers
  • Provide technical mentoring to the delivery teams to develop highly skilled people
  • Promote the highest level of customer experience – to internal and external customers
  • Ensure all projects are in line with TSG project methodology and continue to develop and improve the process
  • Be the Technical Design Authority for Microsoft Solutions and maintain Design Guidelines
  • Keep solutions innovative with new products, technologies and practices
Knowledge, Skills & Experience;                       
  • Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent industry specific experience
  • Full Driving licence
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working with Microsoft Solutions
  • Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
  • Experience of developing customised solutions
  • Exceptional communications skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Good decision making skills

  • Able to adapt to and embrace change
