About the role;

The Strategic Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for aligning our clients IT strategies with their business goals, providing strategic guidance and leading technology initiatives.
We are looking for someone who can commit to a minimum of 3 days per week with the option to discuss flexible working hours.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
 
  • Working at C-suite level, facilitate strategic reviews ensuring technology is aligned with our client’s core business aims
  • Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Drive digital transformation and innovation for mid to large sized businesses
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and automation
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our client’s data and systems, including risk assessments, compliance, and disaster recovery planning
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products
  • Manage the introduction of all new services for clients, including contractual/commercial arrangements and service readiness
  • Support new business opportunities, contributing to proposals and tender responses, as well as identify potential opportunities within existing client base
  • Establish and develop the client relationship, acting as an extension to their executive team
  • Work with Project Managers to maintain a strong understanding of any projects for clients in your portfolio, and ensure customer, colleagues, and any suppliers are fully prepared for service commencement
 
Knowledge, Skills & Experience;                       
 
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, Prince2, ITIL is desirable
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles
  • Experience working with mid to large sized businesses in a consulting capacity at C-suite level
  • Proven track record of delivering successful technology projects on time and within budget
  • Demonstrable information and service management experience
  • Managing suppliers and 3rd party delivered services
  • Knowledge and understanding of ITIL disciplines
